Introduction
Please read the following carefully before booking your child’s place at High 5 Holiday Club.
These Terms and Conditions outline important information about your child’s participation, safety, and wellbeing during their time with us.
By completing a booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
Our priority is to ensure every child has a safe, happy, and memorable experience at High 5 Holiday Club, held at Cumnor House Sussex, for children in Reception to Year 4.

Medical Consent

I hereby consent to the giving of any urgent medical or surgical treatment to my child as may be deemed necessary during club activities.

I agree to inform staff of any illness, medical treatment, or condition affecting my child after completing the booking form and before attending the club.

I understand that it is important to inform staff if my child suffers from any medical condition, allergy, or is taking medication so that appropriate care can be arranged.

If my child experiences sickness or diarrhoea, I will exclude them from the club until at least 48 hours after symptoms have passed.
Behaviour and Conduct

I understand that if staff decide my child’s behaviour is persistently poor or unsafe, and exclusion from the club is necessary, I will make arrangements for their immediate collection. No refund of fees will be made in this case.

I understand that my child must be able to use the toilet independently and maintain personal hygiene without assistance.
Collection of Children

If someone unknown to staff collects my child, they must provide a pre-agreed password before the child is released from the club’s care.
Insurance
Children attending High 5 Holiday Club are covered by the Cumnor House Sussex insurance policy as standard.
Emergency Contact Details
It is essential that a family member or carer can be contacted in case of an emergency.
Please provide home, work, and mobile numbers for at least two emergency contacts (ideally three).
Booking Conditions

No liability is assumed by High 5 Holiday Club or Cumnor House Sussex for personal injury or death of any participant, or for damage or loss to property, unless caused by proven negligence of the club, its agents, or employees.

The club does not accept responsibility for the loss or damage of personal property. Please ensure all belongings are clearly named.

Right to Exclude: High 5 Holiday Club reserves the right to refuse or exclude any participant before or during a session if they are repeatedly disobedient, disruptive, or show a lack of respect towards staff or other children. Refunds in such cases are at the club’s discretion.

Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure a place.

Payment confirms acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Lost Property: Items left behind will be kept at Cumnor House Sussex or two weeks after the club ends, after which any unclaimed items will be placed in lost property.

Cancellations: No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 48 hours before a booked session. Cancellations made earlier will be refunded at 50% of the session cost.

All bookings must be made via the High 5 Holiday Club website or by email.

Storing Your Information
All personal information is stored securely in password-protected systems or locked files.
We retain records for the minimum period required by safeguarding and insurance regulations, after which they are securely deleted or destroyed.
